The limo drivers name is Bill Christian. He was only recorded briefly in Ron Hoffman’s note as just his name and ‘Limo Driver’. It appears Hoffman did not interview him. I suspect the NYPD did not bother to talk to him.

It was custom for limos to drive off immediately after dropping off. It varied whether a car would drop off on the sidewalk or in the driveway. Mainly limos dropped off on the sidewalk as the driveway was narrow.

According to Richard Peterson, the limo drove off immediately after Yoko and John got out, but we must take everything Peterson says with a large dose of scepticism.

Why is their no report or witness statement from the actual limo driver who dropped Lennon and yoko off outside the dakota, surely he must have saw what happened or at least saw the aftermath after John was shot.

WTF -- really (really) appreciate your work!

The more I see from you (I was convinced it was a conspiracy after reading the Bressler book) it seems there were accomplices AT the fucking Dakota?

Who would have been getting into the yellow cab and driving away?

Anyone else find it disturbing how compliant the corporate media is with feeding these BS conspiracies? As you mentioned, David, cabbies in NY don’t hang around places like the Dakota at that time of night waiting for hailers. Sounds like completely fed information for public consumption.

This is not gospel that Yoko was inseperable for instance, "I'm Losing you". It's not a clear narrative and absolutely needs to be questioned because she might have been a black widow.
